If you’re a ninja, you’ll know we have built various support and coaching systems into our app and website.

If you aren’t, you probably won’t.

We can set overall goals and specific goal for the coming week.

We can study the Phases to make sure we know what to do.

We can use the meal planner to filter over 2,000 recipes (with pictures, ingredients, instructions, nutritional info and more) to find ones that fit with our requirements and / or preferences.

We can track out eating and request a coach takes a look at it for direction and advice.

And much more.

Some use all of these systems.

Some just some.

And some none at all.

Some haven’t even clicked the link to be able to see it, let alone had a look through it.

And that’s fine.

If they’re getting the results they desire.

Because none of them are absolutely essential.

If someone knows what to do and are happy doing it consistently, that’s cool.

But…………….

From our experience, that’s not always the case.

Out of those that leave us who regularly use the support systems…………

They nearly always only leave for unavoidable, logistical reasons.

Relocation, work changes, personal circumstances.

And they often come back if / when those logistics change again.

Out of those that don’t use the systems, some who leave leave for those reasons.

But plenty for no particular reason.

Ultimately, really, because they’re not getting the results to justify the investment.

The systems don’t automatically make it more likely that someone will get better results, of course.

But I can’t see that they would ever make it less likely.

Using the systems make the chances of success………..

Not using them.

 > in most cases really.

So why not use them.

So, if you’re a ninja and you haven’t looked at Phase 1, checked the goal setting, food systems and so on……………

Then maybe give it a go?

What’s the worst that can happen?

Nothing, essentially.

More likely is you get better results.

For a handful (or a few) of minutes.

Way better return on investment than another workout.

If you, or a friend, are not already a member and like the sound of a system built to help people succeed (whilst having fun with like minded people in an intimidation free atmosphere)……………..
