The other day I did a video about Coco Pops.
The nutritional content of them.
Or lack thereof.
BTW – it’s just sugar if you didn’t know?
And what isn’t ‘technically’ sugar……….
Will be treated the same and have the same impact from the neck down.
But the thing I particularly noticed?
Coco Pops contain EXACTLY 67% of your RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) of each vitamin and mineral!
Coincidence?
Of course not.
They’ve been sprayed with a chemical cocktail of synthetic vitamins.
As have most similar cereals.
And pretty much anything that’s ‘Fortified’.
Whether or not these ‘vitamins’ have good bio-availability (ie: they can actually be absorbed and used by the body) isn’t mentioned.
BTW – they definitely don’t.
So, if it says ‘Fortified with’……..
Or has far too convenient percentages of RDAs………
Then it’s definitely no way near as healthy as it claims.
And you’d do well to avoid it.
Unless crap sprayed with more crap is your cup of tea?
myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting if you want to go somewhere that helps you see through more of these trick 🙂
Much love,
