There is research that suggests over 70% of lottery winners……
End up going bankrupt.
Often within just a few years.
All that money, gone.
What they thought was the answer to all their problems…….
Actually turned into the biggest problem of them all.
What percentage of self made millionaires go bankrupt.
A much lower number I’d wager.
Why is that?
In large it’s because of the process they go through to get there.
How they change, learn and grow on the journey to their riches.
Rather than it arriving instantly.
It’s the same with losing weight, getting fit, etc.
And making it last.
The person has to go through a process of change.
Of growth.
They have to become a different person.
To the one who’d lost and regained the weight repeatedly before.
That, ultimately is the key to successful change on the outside……….
Changing on the inside!
