You ever get an email with a subject like this?
Probably had a few this week because of GDPR.
Designed (like all subject lines are) to make you stop and open it.
Not to scroll past, thinking it’s spam.
They usually are spam.
But you’re more likely to at least stop and have a look.
They’re right though.
Action is required.
For anything to happen.
Theory is great.
And good theory coupled with action gets the best results.
But theory alone?
Without action?
Achieves absolutely nothing.
How to start losing weight
Action without theory?
Will get you somewhere.
I’ve known many people over the years who, with minimal theory, have achieved results by taking action.
People getting in better shape by just cutting portion sizes and / or moving more.
Not the ‘best’ plan sure.
But it’s good enough.
And I’ve known plenty of people know loads about the best ways to get in shape.
But not done it.
And not got in shape.
Paralysis by analysis.
It’s great to make things as efficient and effective as possible.
We’re all for that.
But you know enough right now. You know how to start losing weight.
With action you can start going in the right direction.
So, just take action.
Take that first / next step (this might be your first step –> The briefing meeting at RISE in Macclesfield).
Then keep taking steps.
Correct course on the way.
Slow down and speed up.
