A phrase I hear fairly regularly is people telling “I need to get my head straight first”.

You know “I need to get my head straight before I can get back to the Sessions”.

Or eat better.

Or lose weight.

Or any other thing that they, perhaps, are not doing at the moment.

And I get that.

Sounds perfectly understandable.

And a perfectly understandable response could be “What you doing to get your head straight?”

After all, we’re more likely to achieve anything if we have a particular plan in mind.

Just hoping something will happen will probably lead to the same result as last time we just hoped it would happen.

Which, let’s be honest, didn’t really work out all that great did it?

Or, at least, definitely not as quickly as it could have done.

So, the obvious question is, what things will help us get our head straight?

And I’m pretty confident that, for most of us, exercise, eating better and getting more sleep will be very high up that list.

They are the things that we do to get our head straight.

Not things that we defer until our head is straight.

There are things that we do even when we don’t feel up to it because we know the benefits will come (and with help on a proven system via this link —> ww.myrise.co.uk/apply) .

Much love,

Jon ‘up baller’ Hall
