If you don’t change your life now, then when will you?

If you’re still unsure, here’s some recent feedback we’ve had that might make you decide, one way or the other:

Diane Carden

Just looking at all the comments above it is the only group Facebook page I have ever read that is so supportive. Look how we all support each other and keep each other on track and motivated.
Jon,Matthew,Ryan and Carl and the guys at Macc – look what you have done for us!
Thank you

Brian McClintock

I can only begin by congratulating you guys and the team for the fab place you’ve created . As someone who always wanted to get fit again and tried all the usual gyms etc but found the boredom and then lack of motivation soul destroying. I now find RISE everything I was looking for , from the surroundings (very comfortable), to the atmosphere (very friendly, relaxed and supportive), to the sessions (varied and doable by people of every level).

Hannah Moore

Alot of possitive encouragement from everyone and continued support from the RISE boys has got me to this point. Its great to see everyone reaping the rewards of hard work! Makes it all worth while

Jane Powers

I have heard so many digs off people who call themselves health professionals. One of the many reasons i stopped going to the leisure centre and joined RISE.

Belinda Carp

You guys are inspirational – glad to be part of the family!

Helen Ditcham

The best thing about RISE is that it is not just about turning up for a session, working out and going home. Its about my whole wellbeing and I feel part of a really great team being directed by 2 knowledgeable & inspiring guys (plus your awesome kickass trainers) that seem to really care….plus I get a really fun but challenging work out! Whats not to like!

I always find myself smiling when I am in the car on the way to a session….. I think that tells you alot!

Hannah Tooth

I found that the people who attended in the same sessions were warm, friendly and of all fitness levels (something I wasn’t sure how would work before I started but it does), and I was able to go at my own pace that I could manage alongside them and not feel intimidated. The trainers are friendly and always offering advice to you both as a group and as an individual.

So – what are you, or your friend waiting for?

Zero risk in trying.

It’s never to later to be what you always wanted to be.

Much love,
