It’s tempting to think that other people who are getting better results than us are getting those better results purely because of what they are doing.

And, whilst that will definitely be part of it, there might be another side to it that we’re missing.

It’s not just what they are doing………..

But what they’re not doing.

What they’re saying “no” to.

– Saying no to doom scrolling on social media

– Saying no to overeating when we’ve had enough

– Saying no to watching extra TV

– Saying no to drinking

– Saying no to gossiping

– Saying no doing the easier tasks that don’t add value

– Saying no mindless eating

– Saying no to finishing the kids food off

There’s no right or wrong.

But it can be useful to remember that results come from not just what we say yes to………

But what we say no to.
