I know that some of the things I’ve talked about over the last few days can feel like “hard work”.

We can choose the ‘hard’ of planning, structuring, scheduling, regular exercise, different food choices, difficult conversations and so on.
Or we can choose the ‘hard’ of a body that we don’t like the look and feel of and a life we enjoy less.
Sure, it can feel like an uphill struggle at times.
But, do you know what an uphill struggle is better than?
