One of the reasons that life can become so challenging is when we allow it to be overly complicated.

The simpler we can make our lives, the easier it is to do the things we want to in them.

Whether that be working out.

Doing healthy food shops.

Or something complete different.

As an example, I only own plain black or white socks.

I realised many years ago that pairing socks was something that I not only disliked doing, but was a huge waste of time.

For me, at least.

Some people may care about having variety in sock colour.

Not me though.

Over the years not needing to pair or sort my socks will have saved me hours of time and frustration.

It’s a little thing, sure.

But you get the idea.

The more you can simplify your life the easier it will be to do the things you want / need to do.

Other examples could include:

Online food shop (delivery or click and collect)

Batch cooking meals

Batching everything (work stuff, email, Facebook time, general admin, etc)

Taking stuff in turn with others (you do school run for a friend one day, they do the next, etc)

Learn to say ‘No’ to somethings – there’s a limit to your time and energy

You get the idea.

People often struggle to implement the things they want to do because it’s ‘more stuff’ in an already overwhelming life.

Simplify things and it should all be much more doable.

Be cool to hear back any other examples you can thing of for simplifying your life 🙂

Much love,
