If you took a business that was struggling with cash flow,
I’m pretty sure the same problem would arise in a number of months.
Because nothing is being addressed further ‘upstream’.
That cash flow issue is a symptom, not a cause—a knock-on effect of something that was or wasn’t happening elsewhere.
Similarly, when it comes to health and fitness, we might mistakenly identify excess body fat or low energy as the main problem.
However, these are merely symptoms, the downstream result of an accumulation of choices made earlier on, driven by our mindsets, habits, and beliefs.
Just starting a new diet or workout regime can be the equivalent of injecting a bit of extra cash or putting on a sticky plaster.
They might reduce the “effect” for a bit, but without addressing those “causes,” it’ll only do so much.
We need real body fat solutions to tackle the underlying issues, not just the symptoms.
