As you’ll know if you read these blogs, we aim to not insult your intelligence.
You know enough on how to lose weight and get fitter to do so reasonably successfully.
There’s been tonnes of information available completely for free on the internet for over 15 years now.
Sure, there are finer point and higher return on investment approaches.
Conflicting advice to see through.
But any FitPro who sells you their service based ONLY on them showing / telling you what to do is to be avoided in our book.
What I’d like to thing that we do is……….
Bridge the gap between ‘can’ and ‘will’.
The results our members get can be got completely without us or anyone else involved.
But………….
Are they?
Research suggests that about 90 to 95% of the population aren’t ‘satisfied’ with their bodies.
And I’m not going to claim 100% of our members are.
But a much, much higher proportion of them are moving in that direction than they were before.
And than others in the wider population are.
Whether you’re a member or not, if you ‘are’ doing it, then keep that going.
If you’re a member and not currently going in the right direction, you probably know what I’m going to say.
“Coaching is a two way process”.
Use the systems.
Talk to the coaches.
Engage.
If you’re not a member yet?
And are tired of that gap between ‘can’ and ‘will’…………..
