You’ll have heard the expression:

“You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”

Which is true.

You can’t force someone to do something.

And we can’t force you to do something.

But……..

We can remind you that you want to do it.

That you’re thirsty.

That you may not want to ‘drink’ as such.

But you do want to stop being thirsty.

And remind you that having a drink is the process that will give you the outcome you desire.

We get that you don’t really want to do a workout.

Neither do we.

We get that you’d love to mainline a bottle of wine and inhale a cheesecake (other food and drink is available).

Because we would to.

When we think that we need to “want to do” the process……….

We’ll be waiting a very long time.

When we make a decision that we’re happy to do it for the benefits it brings (and make it as enjoyable as possible at the same time)……….

Taking that ‘drink’ becomes much easier.

You don’t need ‘leading’ to the water – you’re already there.

We’ll just remind you that you’re ‘thirsty’.

Much love,
