When people first start with us, there’s always lots of questions.
Which is cool – people need to know what they should be doing and why.
But, ultimately, there isn’t really much need for questions.
It’s all explained on members only website.
Most of the questions are along the lines of “Can I do this instead?”
“Can I eat ABC instead of XYZ?”
“Can I drink this instead of that?”
“Can I eat …….?” (when it’s not on the list)
And so on.
The answer is always the same.
“You can do what you like, but you won’t then lose the 20lbs in the 8 weeks”
You see, the programme is like a route plan.
Let’s say you had 4 hours to get from somewhere in Macc to somewhere in London.
And someone gave you the best route.
That would get you there with a bit of time to spare.
And you stared asking “Could we pop into somewhere in Birmingham on the way?”
Or “Could we go via Leicester?”
You might then be told “You can do what you like, but you won’t get there in the 4 hours”.
You see, the ’20lbs in 8 weeks challenge’ is like a route planner.
The best way to get there in the time given.
With a realistic and doable levels of change.
And plenty of support to help people make those changes.
You can follow a variation of the plan if you like.
But it’ll take you longer to get there.
Nothing wrong with losing 20lbs in two years.
But that’s not why people come to see us.
So, if you’re on the challenge and are wondering if you can do it a little bit differently, you have your answer.
If you’re not, but would like to find out more about it (or normal membership if you have less than 20lbs to lose), then check this link out – myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.
