I talked about planning in yesterday’s blog.

And I saw a statement the other day that really resonated;

“If you don’t design your week, someone else will.”

By taking the initiative to design your week, you can prioritize your goals and activities rather than letting others dictate your schedule. This proactive approach ensures you focus on what truly matters to you, making your time and energy allocation more effective. While you may incorporate some of the demands from work and life, having your own structured plan will significantly enhance efficiency in how you use those finite resources of time, energy, and money.

Personal training session in Macclesfield focusing on weekly planning.

Will make sure they all get used more effectively (and they won’t get used any more efficiently than in here —> www.myrise.co.uk/)
