This is a question we must have been asked at least a thousand times over the years.

I got asked the other day as I was smiling while some of the ninjas were exercising hard.

Our reply is always the same:

“No, we enjoy helping people get great results”.

Challenging them is part of that.

Both physically, in their workouts, and mentally in their habits, self-limiting beliefs and thought processes.

When we here that people are ‘feeling it’ a day or two after their workout, we are pleased.

Not because we’re masochists, but because we know this is leading them to what they came to us for in the first place.

When we start pushing people’s buttons, it’s not because we’re ‘awkward sods’ who like being argumentative (although our girlfriends may argue that).

It’s because we know that’s what needs to be done to get that person where they want to go.

When we push someone to use a heavier weight or try a more challenging version of an exercise, it’s not because we care about how much they can ‘kettlebell swing’ or ‘dumbbell curl’.

It’s because we know the benefits that will be gained from doing this.

You get the message.

We enjoy getting people to transform their lives and bodies.

If you haven’t checked us out yet and are interesting in changing your life and body, the next briefing meeting for our February challenge is coming up in a couple of weeks – you can check it out at myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting 🙂

Much love,
