You ever moved house………
And then, when setting off for home……..
Started driving to your old place?
I believe this is a fairly common thing and not just me.
When asked, you would, of course, know where you now lived.
But that ingrained habit takes a bit of changing.
A bit of conscious thought.
Until it is the new habit.
Same with anything.
We eat a certain way for a long time……..
Then try and change it…….
It’s very easy to slip back into the old habit.
Especially when stressed, busy, tired, etc.
But, the good news is that, like learning the new route home, it’s not a conscious effort for long.
A few solid weeks of eating well starts to ingrain it as new habit.
And it just goes from there.
People often struggle with the idea of changing their food and drink intake as ‘forever’ seems too big a thing to do.
But, a couple of weeks?
That ain’t so bad.
You struggling to make a change?
Commit now to doing it for a few weeks.
That’s all to start.
And see what happens and how you feel after that 🙂
