I mentioned on Tuesday that that was my 3,486th blog.

5 days a week for the first several years of the business and then 7 days a week since.

These blogs go out on social media and to my email list of a number of thousand people.

Most days at least 500 people read them.

I haven’t done the stats for a while but last time I number crunched it, I worked out the proportion of my business that had been generated by people reading my emails.

And, over the years, that has contributed to a sizable proportion of the business’s turnover.

Yeah I still hear people saying “email doesn’t work”.

Or “email is dead”.

And do you know what the common factor with every person I see saying that is?

They’re not sending emails.

At least not for a prolonged period of time.

They’ve sent a few and not got much from it.

And have given up.

But it’s easier to say “It doesn’t work”.

These things take time.

It’s an accumulation over weeks, months and years.

And we get better at doing it.

But only by doing it.

Being in a calorie deficit always works for weight loss if we do it for long enough (if it doesn’t, we’re not in a calorie deficit).

Structured progressive exercise always helps us feel better and increases our energy and mood.

Regular meditation always calms the mind overall.

Regular stretching and mobility work always makes our body feel better.

Spending time setting plans for our day, week, month and year always pays off with improved results.

Working backwards from the life we’d like to create and putting in place steps to move us in that direction always benefits us.

Writing down three wins for every day always leads to improved perception of a how our life is going.

The only people that tell me these things don’t work………

Are people that aren’t doing them.

Much love,

Jon ‘Randomly one of the top things that comes up on Google when your type in “email….” is “email Russian embassy”‘ Hall

P.S. Getting involved with a bunch of like minded people, with a proven support systems will make all of those things, and the results they bring about, much more likely —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
