It’s a pretty common conversation I have with people before they first start where they tell me that what they think they need in order to get in the shape they want is essentially be ‘told what to do’.
To be given meal plans and a workout to follow.
And, as I often say, they’ve been available for free on the internet for over 25 years.
If that was the answer, no one would be not in the shape they desire.
These things are all just blueprints.
But there’s no building will ever build itself no matter how good the blueprints are…….
Nothing’s gonna change unless we actually do these things.
We don’t just need to be given yet another blueprint that’s only marginally different to the last one.
We need to figure out why we’ve been struggling to follow previous blueprints and develop one that works for us for whatever reason.
