A heard a little story the other day that I liked.

 

Some dude has a boiler that’s not working.

 

He spends ages tinkering with it, trying to get it to work.

 

Watching videos on YouTube, asking friends for advice, etc.

 

Eventfully, he’s had enough.

 

Calls a plumber in.

 

The plumber looks at it for a few seconds, takes out a tool, taps the boiler and it starts to work immediately.

 

The plumber gives the man a bill.

 

“That much” he says.

 

“For picking a tool and a single tap?”

 

“You’re not paying for the tool or tap” the plumber responds.

 

“It’s for the years of trial and error, experience and learning that goes into knowing which tool to pick and where to tap to get your boiler working.”

 

It’s the same with what we do.

 

People often think that when they start with us they are paying for the ‘stuff’ they get.

 

The sessions, the members’ site, the Facebook group, the emails, the app, etc, etc.

 

And, whilst they are essential parts of what we do……..

 

Most other places will have versions of this.

 

They will, at least, advertise that they do these things.

 

Whilst I genuinely believe our stuff is better……….

 

## I genuinely think our app is the best in the industry in terms of how it supports people and helps them on their journey, not in terms of flashy images and fonts.

 

And we’re nearly on 1,000 blogs, hundreds of videos, podcasts, webinars, etc, etc ##

 

That’s not actually where our success rate comes from.

 

If sessions, emails, websites and apps were all you needed to help people transform their lives and bodies……….

 

Then our local competitors would have something akin to the near 250 success stories we have up on our walls (and a hundred plus more in progress).

 

Rather than what appears to be zero between them all.

What we’ve dedicated ourselves to is learning which tools to pick.

 

And where to tap.

 

The conversations to have with people.

 

The particular information to give them.

 

The best approach to take with them.

 

And what we want you to learn…….

 

Is how to select the best tools and where to tap for your lives.

 

It doesn’t have to be about that constant grind.

 

About forcing yourself to do things.

 

If it is, it will never last.

 

Work out your relatively simple big wins.

 

Online food shopping, planning meals, batch cooking for certain meals, do an exercise format you enjoy / find tolerable, etc, etc.

 

And concentrate on ‘tapping’ them 🙂
