You can upload photos of what you consume, either using the form below or by emailing them to food@myrise.co.uk from the email address that you access this app with. A blank subject line will add all photos to today's date or anything entered in the subject line (an actual date, "today", "yesterday", "tomorrow", etc) will be used.

It will then display what you've uploaded in date order. Doing this can help us question some of our decisions and make better ones overall. It can either be used just for your own records or I can check and offer some extra accountability and direction.
