The clocks did, of course, go back the other week.
It’s actually the first time I think it’s ever happened where I hadn’t realised beforehand.
Someone just mentioned it on the Sunday and my phone had adjusted automatically.
But I assume most of us were aware and are aware most years when it happens.
So, why did everyone do with that extra hour that day?
Did we use it for that thing that we’ve been saying we “haven’t had time for”?
Because it stands to reason that we should have.
We’ve been saying we’re not doing that thing because we don’t have time.
All of a sudden we have extra time.
But I’m sure, like it did for me, it just got absorbed up into the day.
We’d struggle to say now what happened with it.
Hopefully that’s provoked some thought though.
When we did have the time we didn’t do the thing we said we didn’t have time for.
So was a lack of time really the main issue?
Much love,
Jon ‘Two 15 minute halves’ Hall
P.S. My programme is as time efficient as possible. Some changes can take zero additional time. But, more than anything, I’ll help with that “no time” thought process and get you doing what you can given the time you’ve got (which will always beat doing essentially nothing) —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
