How many moments in your life can you look back at and think they were truly life changing?

You know – the kind you see in films with dramatic music playing in the background?

Maybe meeting your other half, the kids being born, getting a new job and a handful of other occasions?

Single digit moments probably?

Out of how many?

There’s 315 million seconds in a decade to give you some context.

Most of what happens to us is relatively mundane.

Lots of little choices and actions that add up over time.

Not movie worth.

But that’s where the vast majority of our success lies.

Little decisions that don’t seem to matter individually.

But affect our self image of the type of person we are.

And compound over time to disproportionate progress.

It’s why these blogs work so well.

Not trying to get you to make wholesale changes in one go.

You’ve probably tried that before.

Little tweaks and refinements to our mindset, thoughts and habits.

Cumulative effect.

Always worth remembering.

Life changing moments have their place.

But little decisions………..

Little votes for the kind of person we see ourselves being and becoming………

That’s where the majority of what will happen to us lies.

Much love,
