I mentioned in yesterday’s blog that today I would cover how many people have asked for their money back, as through our Money Back Guarantee.

It’s a pretty quick question to answer .

Two.

One was about 18 months ago .

She felt she’d done everything that we’d recommended and she hadn’t lost as much weight as she’d have liked.

I would dispute that she did everything we’d recommended, but it’s fine.

She wasn’t satisfied and that’s what the guarantee is.

The second was a couple of months ago.

She just didn’t like me and the message I put out there.

Also fine.

She also wasn’t satisfied.

Both refunded without any additional questions.

The guarantee is actually that you’ll think it’s amazing, love it, be super glad that you did it.

But, as I make very clear, it’s on completion.

It doesn’t cover people dropping out.

It’s tempting after a couple of sessions, when we’re sore and, maybe, still a bit confused about how it all works………

And don’t yet look or feel any different……..

To think “This isn’t for me. I don’t have time”.

A money back guarantee that incentivised people to drop out immediately would be the antithesis of everything we are about.

We don’t even request any specific amount of Sessions done or changes made.

Just “not dropping out”.

It’s about getting past potential early sticking points……….

Getting to the point where we’ve got our head around how it works………

Feeling the sessions but we’re not overly sore………

And we’re seeing the benefits………

And if we’re not super glad then, we can have our money back.

It’s a system designed to maximise the chance of success.

Which is beneficial in everything we approach.

Trying to get fit or lose weight or make some changes in the same way we did last time, when it didn’t work for us………..

Is likely to lead to the same result this time.

Just “trying harder” is rarely the answer.

If it was, it probably would have worked last time.

We need to set ourselves up for success.

Play the game in the way we’re most likely to win.

Be ok with doing that knowingly sub-optimal approach that we know we will do……….

Rather than that theoretically better approach, that we won’t.

Whatever you want to achieve (health and fitness goals or otherwise), approaching it in the way that works for you……….

Rather than repeatedly trying the way that didn’t………

Is more likely to lead to you getting there 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘Gurjas Sidhu’ Hall
