Apparently there’s a best way to boil a frog.

I say apparently as I haven’t tested it out, unsurprisingly.

You pop the frog in a pan of boiling water and it will jump straight out.

You put it in a pan of cold water and heat it to boiling?

The frog will stay there till it boils to death.

It’s the gradual change it doesn’t notice.

That steady ‘creep’ that’s barely ascertain able.

Bit like gaining weight, getting sluggish, etc.

Happens relatively slowly doesn’t it?

Even in ‘quick’ cases you’re looking at a year or so from slim and feeling good……..

To fat and feeling crap.

BTW – we know not everyone who has excess body fat feels crap. But from out (vast) experience, most do.

In most cases it’s several years to decades.

Feeling pretty much the same on a day to day basis.

But then catching and old photo or video and truly realised how much things have changed.

Because of that, most think it’s inevitable.

“It’s what happens as you get older”

“We all slow down”

And so on.

All stories we tell ourselves and each other to make things seem better.

Tis not true of course.

Or, at least, it’s only true if someone has been eating well and exerting effectively front the age of 20 to 60 they are likely to have slowed a step.

But if they’ve been eating crap and not looking after themselves, that’s at least 95% of the cause.

We have dozens of people who report they look and feel better after one year with us than they have in year or, often, decades.

Take Ronnie.

As he says himself, felt 57 at 47.

Now at 48 he feels 38.

Or even 28.

Rachel – the slimmest, strongest and happiest she’s been since she was a teenager:

Stacey – 80lbs lighter than she was last Christmas. And smiling again.

And too many others to mention.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Don’t be the frog.

If you’re already with us and not feeling slimmer, healthier and younger………

Then talk to us and we’ll see where we can get you back in the right direction.

If you haven’t tried us out yet, the find-out-more meeting is next week.

No pressure, no sales.

Just see if it’s for you.
