I know you don’t want to, but here’s a list of things we can do to increase self doubt.
Because chances are we’ve been doing some of these without realising it.
– Ask more people with little to no experience what they think about your ideas.
– Ask people who haven’t consistently produced results for advice about how to produce them.
– Essentially ask for directions to somewhere from someone who’s never been there.
We ask for people’s opinions hoping it’ll match what we’re thinking and boost our confidence.
It rarely does.
It makes us question ourselves.
Ask “What if…..?”
Overthink.
Doubt ourselves.
Paralysis by analysis.
It’s a useful skill to become selective with whose consul we take.
Who’s opinion was allow to shape our actions.
And is a powerful choice to become ok with just getting started (changing your life with us via www.myrise.co.uk/apply for example).
Course correcting as we go.
Using results and progress to build confidence and momentum.
Learning from the errors.
Ready – Fire – Aim
Much love,
Mrs Jon’fire’ Hall
