18 days till we open applications for the April risk-free trial of the Group Transformation Programme – Friday March 28th

##################################

We’ve all been there.

The well-meaning, but, shall we say, ill-informed, friend or colleague who insist on telling you about the latest fad.

Some strange diet or exercise equipment that apparently is ‘the answer’.

Some sort of meal replacement shake or juice or some form of intermittent fasting or 5:2 diet.

They won’t accept it isn’t the best thing out there.

And “you absolutely, must try it”.

On Friday, we mentioned that today’s blog would cover a little sentence you can use to win almost argument over this sort of thing.

It’s a real simple sentence.

It is “How’s that working out for you?”

You can add “long term” to the end if you like.

Invariably the people espousing this great new system have not lost and kept off the weight (or whatever their goal is).

And can rarely point out anyone who has.

They may have lost weight quickly with it at some point.

But invariably regained it.

And an average of an additional 8%.

If what they’re telling you hasn’t worked out for them or others (long term) then it’s probably not an approach worth trying if you ask us.

The reason we use the approach to changing habits and eating patterns that we do is because we’ve successfully done it for years now.

And have helped hundreds (probably thousands by now actually) of people make similar, lasting changes to their lives.

Tomorrow, we’ve got a really simple way to challenge, and hopefully change, some of the thought processes that will be holding you back.

And start (or accelerate) that lasting change.

But for now, that easy way to win that argument about the latest fad is with “How’s that working out for you (long term)?”

Much love,
