So, we’ve been doing our LEAN Map assessments all this week.

Always great to see how everyone’s getting on.

Particularly the guys finishing their first month.

Hearing how much their lives have changes in just one month is awesome.

We regularly hear that people tell us that they hadn’t realised just how bad they were feeling when they started.

That they had taken feeling ‘a bit shit’ for granted.

Like that was the way you were supposed to feel.

What with being busy at work, the kids, etc.

In our society it seems that feeling ‘run down’ and ‘crappy’ is seen as a normal side effect of our lives.

It takes starting to feel well to make us realise we were sick.

So – if you’re already ‘feeling  better’, keep it up.

It’s onwards and upwards for you my friend!

If you’re not – what can you start doing to ‘stop feeling a bit crap’?

Get started with that.

Much love,

Jon ‘Feeling much better’ Hall and Matt ‘Get well soon’ Nicholson
