I have something to admit.

I sometimes reuse old blog content.

Not much, but I do.

It’s not easy writing something brand new for over 3,000 days in a row, you know?

Sometimes I’ll get a previous one in TimeHop that gives a message that I really think people would benefit from hearing now.

Or I’ll have a kernel of an idea and know that I’ve covered it in some variation before.

I always tweak and refine them to make it current and up to date.

No two blogs are ever identical.

But yeah, sometimes the blog is somewhat the same as one that’s come out before.

Because we don’t need to reinvent the wheel.

Across the 3,000 blogs, there’s probably only a few handfuls of central messages that I’ve put across.

I might tweak a few of the ingredients to keep it interesting and fresh.

But the central recipe is still the same.

As it can be for what we eat.

It can be very useful to have a number of go to meals.

Ones that give us the approximate nourishment that we need.

An appropriate number of calories for someone of our size and activity levels.

A meal that we find relatively quick and easy and affordable.

Sure we can tweak a few parts of it to keep it a bit more fresh and interesting.

But again, we don’t need to reinvent the wheel.
