Who remembers the game “I have never”?
You know – where someone says “I have never……” followed by a thing, and anyone who has done that then has to do some sort of ‘forfeit’.
Take a shot, for example.
I thought of one the other day.
I have never game has that element of surprise and fun, and it can get quite revealing. For instance, I have never had someone who was booked in for a phone call to talk about what we do at RISE……..
Who then no showed and didn’t respond to a follow-up text………
Then go on to join us.
And I’ve got another few;
– I have never known anyone in a verified calorie deficit to not lose weight
– I have never known anyone to do regular exercise for a period of time who then didn’t feel better for it
– I have never seen anyone make positive changes to their life and body who then regretted it
These things aren’t always easy, sure.
But they’re always worth it (and they’ll always become more likely with help –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply).
