I got another one for you.

Like last week’s “It’s not a good time” several people have mentioned this recently.

“I just need to think more positively”

And again, we get that.

That sounds like it makes sense.

And we’ll have all heard countless people say it.

How often does it work though?

Positive thinking alone just feels forced.

It’s almost just pretending things are different.

Doesn’t usually ‘stick’.

Positive action is what makes things change.

Positive action is what leads to results.

And do you know what more and more results lead to?

More and more positive thinking.

Chicken and egg.

Without positive action, positive thinking doesn’t do anything.

And, the best news is, we can take positive action WITHOUT positive thinking.

It’s nice, sure.

But not actually needed.

We can take positive action however we’re feeling.

Negative.

Annoyed.

Down.

Frustrated.

Tired.

Angry.

P!ssed off.

Makes it harder, sure.

But we can still take that positive action.

All else being equal, the same positive action……….

Will lead to exactly the same results……….

Completely irrespective of how we feel or think.

Thinking we need to wait until we feel positive is like waiting for that ‘good time’.

It probably won’t come.

Taking those positive actions doesn’t automatically mean positive thinking will follow.

But it makes it waaaayyyyyyy more likely!

Much love,
