Out of all my key skills………

And I have three in total………

I’d like to think one of my main ones is helping people question their reasons for not doing something.

Because, whilst those reasons are genuine……….

From my experience, they rarely have to stop progress completely………

Unless we so choose .

A fairly common reason I hear from people for not getting started with us is……….

“I just want to be able to give you my all.”

Or “I don’t think I’d give it my all at the moment”.

Or variations of that thought process.

And I get that.

I really do.

It’s an understandable way of seeing things.

We like to feel that we’re getting everything we possibly could out of something.

We don’t like to feel that we’re not getting the best use of our time and / or efforts.

But it’s worth remembering that………

No one ever gives it their all.

Possibly outside of the highest level sports people……….

Everyone who has ever improved their health, fitness and body………..

Has done so by doing something less than “all”.

No one who’s ever joined us has done all the Sessions they could.

No one’s ever done everything they could possibly do with their eating.

None have got as much sleep as they, perhaps, could have.

They’ve all got results with a sub-optimal approach.

And becoming ok with a “knowingly sub-optimal approach”………

That we actually do………..

And that gets results………..

Instead of a theoretically better approach that’s in the future………….

Is where the vast majority of our results will come from.
