Over the last 23 years I’ve spoke to many thousands of people about making some degree of commitment to positively impact their health, fitness, mood, energy, mental health and so on.

For the last 13 years it’s been about joining my programme at RISE.

And out of all those thousands of people………

Many of whom have told me how important making these changes are and how thoroughly miserable they are at the moment……..

And how much money they spend on other non-essential activities……..

I could count on one hand the number of people who’ve told me they “need to think about it”……..

And have then got started.

At least at that point.

Many times they’ve come back to me months or years later in an even worse position.

Ready to get cracking at that point.

But “thinking about it” nearly always means “no for now”.

Clearly we need to think about things.

But there’s only so much thinking that we need.

We’ve often thought more than enough and have all the information needed.

The time for thinking is over relatively quickly.

And it’s only when we are ready to take action that anything happens.

Thinking has it’s place.

Action is king.

Much love,

Jon ‘Auguste Rodin’ Hall

P.S. When you’re ready to take action (and, let’s be honest, why keep waiting?), you’ll find proven support (four times Top 6 in the UK at the National Fitness Awards, top in the region or country on all review platforms, hundreds of verifiable success stories, etc) on our programme with it’s risk free trial –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
