I’ve just checked and (as I thought it probably would) last week’s blog on social distancing got more unsubscribes than normal.

About double the average.

I usually can predict which blogs will get more unsubscribes than others.

Unsubscribes are something that many who try blogging struggle with.

That feeling of “rejection”.

We have thousands on this mailing list.

But thousands of others have subscribed and unsubscribed over the years.

Read what we’ve got to say and decided they don’t want to hear it anymore.

And that’s fine.

They didn’t reject us.

We rejected them.

By having the courage to be ourselves.

To say what we believe.

To not do what most FitPros do and project a ‘vanilla’ version of themselves that could never offend anyone.

But, likewise, won’t strongly appeal to many.

We’re on a mission to help one million people RISE by the year 2030.

To do that, we’ll have to get ‘in front’ of several million people.

And have several (minus one) million people decide we’re not for them.

And that’s fine.

It’s the one million people that do like what we have to say that is / are important.

You be you.

We’ll be us.

I’ll be me.

You like what we have to say?

I’ll keep these coming.

Don’t like it?

That’s cool too.

There’s an unsubscribe button at the bottom of this (and every) email.

Always be yourself.

Walk you own path.

Discover what things will move your closer to (or further from) your goals, sure.

But do it your own way.

Much love,
