We’ve mentioned before that the comments that our ninjas friend’s leave on their Facebook statuses.

Most are positive and encouraging.

Some, unfortunately, negative.

Many are interesting in what they show about the thought processes of the writer.

We saw one the other day on a 6am check-in from Darren, one of our ninjas / resident mentalist (he was the one that tried to behead my new wife with a 5ft broad sword at 3am on our wedding day, if anyone saw the photos).

It said “I’d rather be where I was”.

Meaning bed, of course.

Now we don’t know the commenter here, so this isn’t based on her.

It just served to remind us that, over the years, we’ve seen countless similar comments from people we do know.

Saying similar things.

A lot of “I’m happy as I am”.

Or “I’m happy doing what I’m doing”.

Or “I don’t need to transform”.

Or “I’m doing XYZ, which is cheaper and I’m really happy with it”.

Despite from the person’s other statuses, and our conversations with them, it’s clear that they are far from happy.

With their bodies.

Their energy levels.

Their sleep.

Their sex lives.

How they feel.

If you’re not happy with any of the above, and what you’re doing isn’t getting you in the right direction at a reasonable pace……

Then, hopefully, this will help give you a nudge to do something that WILL get you there.

Doesn’t have to be joining RISE.

These emails are to help people.

If people want to apply because of them, that’s cool.

But actually getting people to start making the changes that will make them happier, is key.

Whatever those changes may be.

If you, or a friend, do want to find out more about what we do though, here’s the link – myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting 🙂

Much love,
