As humans aren’t very good asking for help.
As always, I get this both from my own experience of being a human.
And my experiences of helping other humans for so many years.
We continually “lone wolf” it.
Try and do it ourselves
Even though that hasn’t worked for us, on average, before.
Or, if we are open to getting a bit of help, we often decide we need to make a certain amount of progress before that help.
“I’ll join after I’ve lost a bit of weight and gotten fitter” is something I hear from time to time.
Which, as the blog title shows, is the same as saying “I’ll get a tutor when I’m getting better grades”.
Or we’ll say that we’ll do something with my less busy.
Even though that never happens, our program is specifically designed to help people when they are busy and having more energy and focus helps when we’re busy.
Or will start to exercise again or eat better when we’re in a better headspace or feeling better.
When it’s exercising and eating better, that puts us in a better headspace.
Often the things that appear “in the way”…….
Are the reasons to do it (and they’re all things we have a proven system to help with –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply) .
Much love,
Jon ‘ABC’ Hall
