I’ll start Monday – Macclesfield Personal Trainer weight loss advice

It’s Monday ๐Ÿ™‚

For most people this is the worst day of the week though ๐Ÿ™

Judging by what we see on Facebook on Sunday nights, most people dread Monday morning.

“Back to work in the morning ๐Ÿ™ ”

“Please, don’t say the weekend is over already”

“Can’t face work tomorrow”

Which makes it strange that most of us plan to start life changing events on what we view to be the hardest day of the week.

Whether it be ‘getting back on the diet’, ‘hitting the gym’, ‘doing that class’, etc it’s invariably ‘Monday’ that we put it off till.

And it invariably doesn’t happen due to the mountain of other challenges Monday throws at us.

Research shows that Saturday, believe it or not, is the best time to make a change and have the maximum chance of sticking to it.

For most people (who have the standard weekend off), it gives you two clear days to get cracking on it.

So when it comes to ‘Manic Monday’ you’re already part way into the swing of the things.

If not Saturday, I’d say “Just Do It”.

Never ‘hit snooze’ on an idea.

Get cracking ASAP and you stand a better chance of succeeding than by putting it off.

It’s one of the reasons we start our ’28 Day Body Transformations’ on a Saturday.

(Quick reminder, there’s a couple of places left at tonight and tomorrow’s briefing meetings if you want to start transforming your lives from this Saturday, rather than ‘Monday’ –ย click here to apply).

So, whether you already doing something (The Academy (Macclesfield Group Personal Training weight loss gym), gym, diet, etc) and want to kick it up a gear or you’re wanting to start on something new (doesn’t have to be health related, might be finding that new job, getting back into dating, contacting an old friend, etc), either “Just Do It” or, at least, don’t put it off till the worst day of the week.

Much love,
