Now not everyone uses these systems.
Which is fine if they’re doing ok without.
If they’re happy, we’re happy.
But………
Often when we talk to ninjas who aren’t getting the results they’d like and aren’t using the systems……….
They’ll say something like “I’m just concentrating on getting the sessions in”.
Which is kinda like saying “I’m just going to do the most time consuming, least effective bit”
From a weight loss perspective, exercise is pretty useless.
It’s great for health, fitness, physical and mental wellbeing and much more.
But it’s not the biggest win from a weight loss perspective.
Three GTP sessions a week is 2 1/4 hours of actual exercise.
Probably 3 hours plus of time taken including travel, etc.
If someone isn’t happy with their results…………
I’d genuinely say they’d be better doing one or two sessions and taking the rest of the time to set an intention for the week, track it, plan their meals to create an average deficit, source and prep some food and so on.
Both together gets the best results.
But don’t do the most time consuming, least effective bit if you’re not putting any time into bigger, quicker wins?
