Have you ever felt that you’re “struggling to keep up”?

I’m sure we all have.

I know our members do sometimes.

Because they tell me.

They’ve had some combination of;

– Not doing as many Sessions as they’d like

– Not getting clarity on their biggest wins and what will get them the results they desire by checking out the Learn tab on the app

– Not reading these blogs or watching the members only videos for a while

– Not getting round to replying to messages from me

But, as I point out the them, “there is no ‘keeping up'”

It’s not a race.

We’re not trying to get to a destination faster than someone else.

We’re on our own “journey”.

If you went out for a walk by yourself, you wouldn’t worry about “keeping up” would you?

Now, you’re not alone on this journey, but the ‘speed’ that anyone else is going at is irrelevant (if you are on your own and have realised that “lone wolfing” it is part of the reason, it’s not happened, then it’s www.myrise.co.uk/apply to change that).

We’re doing it in ‘parallel’ rather than along side.

There is no “keeping up” to be done.

Slow down and speed up as circumstance dictates.

And avoid the temptation to think that the answer to someone having done more of something………..

Is for us to do even less than we could.
