Money analogies can be quite powerful with regards to weight loss and our eating.
If we had, for example, £100 spare cash every week we wouldn’t expect to spend exactly £14.28 every day.
And then ‘write off’ the week if we spent £20 one day.
And carry on overspending by that.
Especially if we had no ‘ability’ to overspend.
No overdraft, credit card, etc.
We’d cut back after the days of over expenditure.
And we’d see upcoming over expenditure and under spend in the days running up to it.
If we knew we were going to have to spend £30 one day, we’d spend £10 in the days before and after.
And so on.
So just imagine you don’t have the ability to store surplus energy as fat.
Fat of course being your equivalent to an overdraft or credit card.
What allows you to overspend, but needs paying back.
Just imagine that you can’t overspend.
Imagine you cannot over consume across a whole week or month.
How would you make that work?
Much love,

P.S. I’m back from New Year’s and Sheffield Wednesday vs. Derby County yesterday and sorting the last few spaces to start (changing lives) next week. It’s www.myrise.co.uk/apply to find out more about that!
