We live in a time in history where there’s never been more readily accessible information.
The internet can give us answers to pretty much any questions we have and has been able to for over two decades.
This applies in probably all areas of life but none more so than our health and fitness.
We can get online workouts and meal plans for free at the drop of a hat.
The information we need could not be easier to get hold of.
But, on average, the world has never been fatter, sicker or more miserable.
Our answer is not more information.
It’s implementation.
It’s the doing.
Not putting it off till next Monday.
Deciding we need to “start again” at some point in the future.
Waiting for the stars to align for that theoretically best time where we “can give it 100%”.
Just doing something now.
Something better than it could have been.
Ideally enough to add up to the right direction over time.
If not, some degree of damage limitations so we can average out.

Bur we have enough information.
