Imagine I were to flick a coin 100 times.

What results would you expect?

Give or take 50 heads and 50 tails, I’d assume you’d go for?

What it I told you I could get 100 heads in a row (or pretty close)?

You’d call me a filthy liar I should imagine.

I could though.

Because people have.

With a special coin tossing machine.

If you can be precise and predictable enough with the power and trajectory of the flick and with air pressure and movement, temperature and all other potential variables……….

You can, apparently, make it land the same way practically every time.

When we think something is random what is often happening is we just don’t know enough of the variables involved.

Or we can’t control them precisely enough.

Try as we might, we can’t be precise enough when flicking a coin with our thumb.

Other results in life can be more predictable than we might imagine.

If we can control the right variables.

It’s why we talk so much about getting in a calorie deficit.

It’s a variable we can be pretty precise with.

And which will then lead to a fairly predictable result.

If we eat more veg, we may or may not lose weight.

If we “cut out carbs”, we may or may not lose weight.

If we drink more water, we may or may not lose weight.

If we do more exercise, we may or may not lose weight.

If we are in a definite, sustained average calorie deficit we will lose weight.

It’s not the be all and end all of eating, sure.

But it’s the most important variable to control for.

If we want predictable results.

———– And predictable, actual results, month after month, year after year (for nearly a decade now) is what we do. Reply with INFO if you like the sound of actual results for your investment rather than just renting access to some equipment ———-

Much love,
