I’m sure you’ll know that I recommend tracking.
Whether that be for our food / energy intake (apps like MyFitnessPal) or our time (see www.myrise.co.uk/time) in order to see where we’re currently assigning them and how we can tactically reassign some of those finite resources.
And, as I say, I get it.
It’s a bit of a “pain in the @rse”.
A “faff”.
I know that from doing it.
I also know that, in reality, it’s just mild discomfort.
It genuinely takes a number of minutes per day.
The physical effort involved is next to none.
It’s just discomfort.
Unpleasantness.
And if we were to give a score of 1 out of 10 to how important our health and fitness goals are………
And the same 1-10 for how important it was for us to avoid mild discomfort for a number of minutes per day………
Then I’m sure that would help us question our unwillingness to track.
Much love,
Jon ‘and Field’ Hall
P.S. I’m doing a few FREE 10 day passes to RISE for Black Friday as a little experiment – enter your details at www.myrise.co.uk/apply to request yours 🙂
