I’m sure we’ve all said at times that this is not a good time to do something.

You know, we leave getting back into exercise or making some better food choices to some point in the future.

Because “now is not a good time”.

I’ll have you consider though, that it is.

It might not be the perfect time, sure.

But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good time.

When I ask people what a good time to start would look like they usually give me some ‘all the stars aligning’, probably never going to happen version.

Work is super easy, no challenges in their personal life, minimal socialising going on, etc.

Again, never going to happen.

That might be the perfect time to start something, I suppose.

But it doesn’t mean that where we are right now isn’t a “good” time.

If anything, we could argue that the best time to start taking care of our energy levels and health, is when we need them the most.

When we are our busiest.
