The family and I are going to New York later this month.
The flights are covered by air miles from loyalty points that my wife has accrued over the years.
All from money that was going to be spent anyway.
So completely free.
And we’ve got enough for another holiday next year.
I must admit, I’ve never been very good at collecting points and the like.
But having seen how much is added up to, I’ve added her code for the various shops we use onto my wallet on my phone.
And have started contributing.
It’s amazing how such things add up over time.
Zero extra effort for a result down the line.
Like some tactical changes to our eating can be.
If we try and make changes to what we eat that we just don’t want to do, there’s no tactics there.
It’s a brute force approach that requires willpower.
And willpower is a finite resource.
It runs out.
Making a few little swaps to what we eat can change on consumption by 100 or so calories here and there.
Which can add up to pounds or stones of weight loss over time.
For an unnoticeable change to what we do.
Free weight loss if you will.
Much love,
Jon ‘makes prizes’ Hall
P.S. If you want an approach that isn’t that constant slog that it’s been before (but actually produces way better lasting results than that ever did), then here’s where you’ll find that —> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
