Have you ever thought to yourself that it’s unfair how hard it can feel to lose weight and / or get fit ?
It can feel hard sometimes can’t it?
But, if we’ve made those changes for a period of time in the past, we’ve probably been surprised that it wasn’t quite as hard as we thought it would be, haven’t we?
Especially if we’re tactical with the adjustments that we make.
We can actually do a knowingly suboptimal approach that would improve our health, fitness and body fat levels……..
Without it being all that hard.
The problem, of course, lies in the fact that………
Not doing that is even easier.
It’s always going to be easier to not exercise than it is to exercise.
It’s always going to be easier to eat the same way we’ve been eating recently, rather than make changes to that.
The difficulty often isn’t in doing something new today………
It’s in not doing what we did yesterday.
The things we would always benefit the most from remembering are;
1. It’s probably not as hard as we’re telling ourselves. There’s probably a suboptimal way to do it that’s relatively easy.
2. It’ll get easier the longer we do it for.
Much love,

P.S. You can make it easier and more likely to happen than just joining the same old gym a gain come January by applying for a place on our programme in the New Year here –> www.myrise.co.uk/apply
