As we mentioned in yesterday’s blog, we have several systems to support our members.

The goal setting, tracking, points scoring, phase videos, etc on the app / site.

The 2,000 plus recipe meal planner filterable by all relevant needs and requirements.

Tracking food on My fitness Pal for a few days and getting a Coach to offer some advice.

And, we get that there’s a required element of learning how to use these things.

Many people make this effort to get the hang of these things.

Some don’t.

The other month I was talking to a, now former, member who hadn’t been using by of these systems.

“It’s all very complicated” she said.

“Is it?” I thought (and replied).

How long does it really take to “get our head around them”.

A couple of minutes for some.

Maybe 15 or 20 at most for some who are, perhaps, less confident with technology.

Can anything that takes no more than 20 minutes to grasp ever really be described as complicated?

A Master’s Degree is complicated.

Couple of years of full time study at a level only suitable for those that have completed the preceding levels of qualification.

But, something on your phone that you can get the hang of in between two and twenty minutes?

That we have instructional videos on?

And coaches in every session that can show people?

As with many things related to getting slimmer, fitter and healthier, there’s a bit of a faff.

But probably no where near a much as we’re telling ourselves.

So, if you’re a member that’s not using these systems and is anything less than 100% happy with their results, just ask – we’re here to help.

If you’re not a member and you like the sound of actual systems and support designed to help you get what you joined for (rather than just renting access to some equipment), then here’s your next step to finding out more –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.

Much love,

Jon ‘Avril’ Hall and Matt ‘Lavigne’ Nicholson
