Last blog about washing my car.
Three is arguably two too many after all.
The four minute wash and six minute vacuum doesn’t get it absolutely immaculate.
But it’s probably 90% of the way there.
Good enough for me.
Getting to 100% would take the same time again.
At least – probably even more.
Keeping it 100% would involve doing that daily.
100% clean and tidy cars is some people’s thing.
And that’s cool.
Like super fit, lean, ripped, strong bodies are other peoples thing.
Also cool.
But if you can get pretty good results with a fraction of the time and effort.
It’s diminishing returns.
And good enough can be good enough.
As always, no right or wrong.
Personal reference.
We can spend hours on end each week on our bodies, cars or anything else.
But, if we don’t feel we can invest that time, effort and money……….
Or just don’t want to………
The next choice isn’t “nothing at all”.

Keep up, at least.
Maybe catching up when you feel you can.
But don’t beat yourself up because someone else has a cleaner car or leaner body.
Do what you feel is a worthwhile amount for you.
That’s always better than doing nothing at all because we don’t feel we can do it all.
