So, utility prices went up a lot last year didn’t they?

Having not really paid all that much attention to our usage at home previously, I’ve recently turned into my Dad.

Practically following the kids round and telling them to turn the lights off after them.

Using less energy, is, of course an easy way to reduce that particular bill.

An even easier way is to change suppliers.

I’m sure we’ve all done this before.

Check the numbers for our normal usage and found an alternative that will cost less for no difference to us.

And we can do the same with our food.

Eating less and going without our favourite foods is one method, of course.

But that’s hard work.

There are probably some tactical swaps we can make that are the equivalent to changing our energy supplier.

Checking the the labels, or the stats online or with an app like MyFitnessPal, and finding some alternative ingredients, meals or snacks that we like just as much………

That are just as convenient………

That cost the same amount of money………

But contribute less calories.

And then just have them going forward.

No real noticeable difference to our lives.

A substantial saving over time.

Much love,
