We’ve mentioned before that the main reasons people give for either not starting with us………..

Are “time” and “money”.

In reality it’s probably a bit of a combination of the two.

People don’t feel they’re using it enough to justify it.

If it was a tenner a month, they’d probably let it roll on with the intention of using it “at some point”.

Like people do with budget gym memberships (the overwhelming majority of budget gym members never go and the whole model is built on that).

So, I get it.

I get that if we feel we’re not getting enough out of it, it’s tempting to save some money.

But it still makes me sad.

Because I know, from experience, that’s it’s more expensive not to take action.

Money is only one measure of cost.

Money is ultimately a tool for exchange of value.

We have costs in all areas of life.

Things we might get and things we might lose out on.

When I talk to people about joining and they express their dissatisfaction about their current state of affairs………….

Their body, energy levels, health and mood………………

And how that plays into their relationships with those around them, their work and more………….

I know the cost of not starting with us, and making changes to these things, vastly outweighs the cost of a take out coffee a day.

Same with members who’ve started and made an amount of progress………….

Who, when they stop, are then pretty much guaranteed to slip back to where they hated being.

We get that there’s a financial (and time) cost to what we do.

As there is to pretty much everything in life.

But it’s always worth remembering that………….

It’s more expensive to not take action!
