Have you ever thought that you’ve been over-thinking things?
With regards to exercise, eating better and generally living a heathier lifestyle maybe?
Or anything else?
Well, that’s not actually the problem.
It’s the under-doing that usually accompanies it.
Over-thinking whilst still doing would get you there.
Over- thinking can go with under-doing, doing and over-doing.
Which one is just a choice.
It’s not the level of thinking that we necessarily need to change (although we might)…….
It’s the level of doing.
And, if the level of thinking is going to change, that will normally come from the level of doing.
Chicken and egg.
We start doing and it works, no need for all that much more thinking.
It’s not working, we can course correct.
We already know enough to be doing more than we’re doing now.
We all do.
Let’s just do some of that.
As long as “enough” thinking has gone into it (hint: it will have), then let’s just get going.
